Clever AI Labs LLC, doing business as Fazpi AI ("Fazpi AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the AI agent platform at fazpi.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and workspace configuration.
- Payment data: billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications: messages you send to us via email or support channels.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: call counts, message volumes, minutes used, agents created, features accessed.
- Call data: transcripts, call duration, phone numbers dialed, call outcomes.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, timestamps.
- Cookies: strictly necessary session cookies and optional analytics cookies (see Section 7).
2. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process transactions and send billing-related communications.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Subprocessors
We use the following categories of subprocessors:
- Telephony: Twilio (voice calls and SMS delivery).
- Speech processing: Deepgram (transcription), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis).
- AI models: OpenAI (language model inference).
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, edge security), MongoDB Atlas (database), Vercel (hosting).
- Payments: Stripe (payment processing).
Each subprocessor is bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with this Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call transcripts and metadata are retained while your workspace is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal claims).
6. Data security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (session management, security). We use optional analytics cookies only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use tracking technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.
8. Your rights
All users:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

9. International data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. Do Not Track
Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, we do not engage in cross-site tracking of our users.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
